( * Alois on his gravestone St John's RC Church, Sandridge Rd., Alden, NY) Elizabeth (Heberle) Blumingstein had at least 4/5 children from prior marriage: Only 2 come to mind: Henry (called Hank), and Marie (who married Patty Blackwell) (we always called her Aunt Mamie Blackwell.)

Alois b. 24 Jun 1870, Alsace area of France Eberbach/selz near Wissemourg migrated to USA c. 1894. Married - Elizabeth born 1866, daughter of Joseph and Theresa Mary (Hoeflinger) Heberle
Had a brother: Paul Heberle, b. 6 Dec 1875, d. 3 Dec 1969 (interred St. Mary's RC Cemetery, Lancaster, NY). Uncle Paul lived with us for many years on Pleasant Ave. and Central Ave., Lancaster, NY.
